The driving force behind the project is the preservation of the principal landscape views and the rehabilitation of the landscape elements in situ.
In addition to the management and recuperation of rain water, the Urban Parc is "Useful" by consequence of the implementation of a variety of proposals covering planning matters, landscape heritage, leisure and notably the design of a mediterranean landcape.
